Insurance and Billing

 

We are in-network and can bill the following insurances:

• Aetna (Commercial)

• ASR

• Blue Cross/Shield

• Blue Cross Complete (Medicaid)

• Blue Care Network

• Blue Cross Complete (Medicaid)

• HAP (PPO only)

• Humana (Medicare)

• Mclaren (Commercial / Medicaid)

• Medicaid (Straight), Medicare (Straight)

• Mclaren (Commercial /  Medicaid)

• Priority Health (Commercial / Medicare)

• Tricare

• United Health Care (Commercial / Medicaid / Medicare)

We may be able to bill other insurances if an authorization is obtained by the client.

We use a third party billing service that will bill the insurance on your behalf. It is important for our clients to know that there may be a deductible, co-pay or lack of coverage due to the type of services provided. We can assist with making this determination if necessary. Our services are billed to insurance at $250 for the initial appointment and $200 for following sessions. These rates are then typically adjusted down by what each individual insurance allows for the service.

Clients with a balance will be invoiced through our billing service. These invoices may be delivered through mail, email or text. Payment for services can be made using credit card, cash or check. These payments can be made by mail, over the phone, in-office with our front desk staff, or through our client portal, Inbox Health.

 

If no insurance is in place, we offer 1 hour sessions at $100 per session. Payment is due on the date of service. This does not apply to testing and evaluations. The cash price for these can be discussed with the provider and may vary due to the scope of involvement.
